PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Western clothes containing pads through doubling the chest parts of a fabric corresponding to the breast in ladies upper clothes. SOLUTION: The Western clothes containing pads are so designed that fabrics to put the pads in are sewn on front facing at the center of a bust point, and a piece obtained by sewing back neck facing and back armhole facing on each other and a piece obtained by sewing the shoulders of a front body and a back body on each other are stitched together face to face, clipping is put in a curve of the fabric, and the fabric is reversed and ironed to adjust a form followed by lapped seam. The armhole is finished by stitching together face to face in the same manner. After finishing all, the pads are finally put to bring puff parts to the front side and finished through gradually stitching up and down and right and left.
