PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet which reduces an amount of gas generated, particularly in a high temperature atmosphere, and does not corrode precision electronic members to cause failure of external appearance. SOLUTION: The low gas-outing pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet has a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer containing an acrylic copolymer obtained by copolymerizing a (meth)acrylic alkyl ester in which the alkyl group has≤4 carbon atoms, vinyl acetate, and a monomer having a crosslinkable functional group, and the acrylic copolymer uses a hydroxy group-containing compound and/or an amino group-containing compound as the monomer having a crosslinkable functional group, and is obtained by copolymerizing a monomer mixture comprising (a) the (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester, (b) the vinyl acetate, and (c) the hydroxy group-containing compound and/or the amino group-containing compound at a mass ratio of (a):(b):(c) of 50-99.4:0.5-50:0.01-10.
