PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability by providing a completely solderless constitution and making a connection part of a lead and a terminal member adapted to the automatic mounting of a surface mount component strong. SOLUTION: A terminal structure is provided with the terminal member 4 having a fixing part 5 fixed to the surface mount component 1, and a wire binding part 6 formed in a part of a double plate where an extending part 7 extended from one end side of the fixing part 5 is folded and they are confronted each other. The end of the lead 8 pulled out of the surface mount component 1 melts the bound wire binding part 6 by laser welding, and the lead 8 is connected to the terminal member 4. Thus, the complete solderless constitution can be provided, the connection of the lead 8 and the terminal member 4 is adapted to the automatic mounting of the surface-mounting component 1, the constitution is made strong and reliability is improved.
