PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting terminal which can inexpensively provide a short circuit structure and to provide a dustproof connector. SOLUTION: The connecting terminal 10 includes a connector 11 formed at a tip side, an electric wire connector 12 connected to the core wire 91 of an electric wire 90 formed at a base end side and an electric wire fixing part 13 for holding fixedly the electric wire 90 to the connecting terminal 10, and an intermediate part 14 between the connector 11 and the electric wire connector 12. The intermediate part 14 has a short-circuit part made of the elastic contact piece 15 of a shape opened obliquely to the outside from the tip side to the base end side of the connecting terminal 10. Thus, when a plurality of connecting terminals 10 are arrayed, the adjacent connecting terminals 10 are short-circuited when the elastic contact pieces 15 are brought into contact with each other.
