<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently utilize production process information for production quality management and production process management in the job site of a production plant by storing and utilizing the information of the production process in a product memory, and to utilize it for maintenance by a maintenance staff by job site activities, automatic maintenance, prevention/maintenance activities and the judgement of a component exchange period, and to extend the stable operation life of a product, and to use such information inside the product to be returned from the job site to the production plant to utilize it for countermeasures to failures and the decision of the life of the product. <P>SOLUTION: In this method, the traceability information of components to be acquired in a production process, component individual information, assembly information, the adjustment and measurement information of electric components, and test information in the production process are stored in the memory of a product so as to be used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
