PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device or the like for setting links between target data by using an abstraction model created based on numerical value information and its modification relation information. SOLUTION: An abstraction model creation means (text) 1207 extracts from an inputted text other text elements with modification relation to numerical value information data. An abstraction model recording means 1211 records the elements as abstraction model data along with position information data. An abstraction model selecting means 1213 searches the abstraction model recording means 1211 to select all the abstraction model data and provide each position information data to a link setting means 1215.
