PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique matching the simplest natural law for leading solar light during day into the room, particularly to the north side room, of a building. SOLUTION: The solar light injected from the opening part of a monitor roof to lead the solar light into the north side room is reflected on an irregularly reflecting silver sheet stretched on a large roof and re-reflected on a irregularly reflecting silver sheet stretched on the rear side of the monitor roof.
