PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting machine that can efficiently and safely cut a long matter such as a steel frame into an optional length and can be manufactured inexpensively. SOLUTION: The cutting machine installs a rotating body 3 through a rotating device 2 on a running body 1, and attaches a working arm 6 of a multi-joint structure on the rotating body 3, attaches a grasp device 7 for grasping an object to be cut 33 on the edge of the working arm 6, and vertically swingably attaches an arm 17 to a drive device such as a hydraulic cylinder 19 on the front part of a running body frame 1a. The cutting machine is provided with a cutter 22 for cutting the object to be cut 33 by vertically moving at least one of cutting blades 20a and 20b making a pair on the arm 17, in addition, attaches a vertically swingable arm to the running body frame 1a, and attaches the cutter through a vertically rotating device on the arm. Since the cutter 22 can be provided to approach the running body 1, the cutter 22 can be jumboized, and the object to be cut 33 is grasped at a low position horizontally to be cut into the optional length.
