PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side gusset packaging bag with an air-permeable chuck capable of exhausting air in the bag without allowing intrusion of bugs or foreign matters or without leakage of contents. SOLUTION: In the side gusset packaging bag having an openable/closable sealing chuck 7 on an opening part, and having side gussets 4 and 5 on both side parts, a permeable tape 12 is provided on the opening part 13 formed above the side gussets 4 and 5.
