PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce interference between down signal cells at a terminal by sharing output direction information and output time information of directional beams among base stations. SOLUTION: A wireless communication system includes a plurality of pieces of base station equipment, and a terminal device for receiving and communicating the down signal from the base station equipment. The base station equipment includes a beam information transmitting part for informing other base station equipment of the information on the direction where the base station transmits the down signal, a beam information receiving part for receiving the information on the transmission direction of the down signal transmitted from the other base station equipment, and a beam information recording part for recording the information on the transmission direction of the down signal transmitted from the beam information transmitting part.
