PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring board in which the electronic resistance of each wiring conductor passed between conductors is low, a high frequency signal is efficiently propagated to the wiring conductor and an electronic part to be mounted can be normally operated. SOLUTION: The wiring board is provided with insulating layers 1b, a plurality of through conductors 2d penetrated into the insulating layers 1b, and wiring conductors 2cs arranged on the surface of the insulating layers 1b so as to pass between the through conductors 2d.
