PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing toner for stably manufacturing a toner with which a favorable image can be formed without producing toner blister on a toner image. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing toner includes a step of subjecting a toner particle dispersion liquid containing toner particles produced in an aqueous medium or an organic solvent to solid-liquid separation by using a filter.
