PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens adaptor in which design of a case of an imaging apparatus is not restricted and which is advantageous in attaining cost reduction and miniaturization of the lens adaptor. SOLUTION: The lens adaptor 30 is provided with a body 32 to be attached to a lens-barrel 12 and a hood member 34 to be attached to the body 32. The body 32 is provided with a cylindrical wall part 3202 and an annular wall part 3204 extending along inner peripheral of the cylindrical wall part 3202 at a rear end of the axis direction of the cylindrical wall part 3202 and an annular surface 3206 located on a surface to perpendicularly cross the axis direction of the annular wall part 3204 at a rear end of the axis direction of the annular wall part 3204. A female screw 3208 for fitting a conversion lens is formed at an inner peripheral part of the circular wall part 3202.
