PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary level meter whose operation failure does not occur even if used continuously for a long period. SOLUTION: In this rotary level meter, a storage chamber 104 wherein a rotating shaft 102 installed on the side wall 204 of a vessel 200 such as a raw material tank or a hopper for a molding machine and linked to a motor is inserted is connected to a case 101 storing the motor and a detection device part. The storage chamber 104 has a rotating shaft sealing part 1041 for sealing the rotating shaft 102 rotatably and sealing it to a space 201 in the vessel 200, a storing space part 1042 for storing an invading raw material from the rotating shaft sealing part 1041 between the rotating shaft sealing part 1041 and the case 101, and an opening 1043 openable to/closable from the outside and linking to the storing space part 1042.
