PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ash melting furnace, and an opening tube structure for the ash melting furnace capable of positively preventing blocking of a furnace wall opening due to molten deposits by a simple structure. SOLUTION: An opening tube part 10 penetrating a furnace wall 20 so as to communicate an interior with an exterior of the ash melting furnace has a furnace exterior side tube part 11 protruding to the furnace exterior, and a furnace interior side tube part 12 protruding to the furnace interior. An inclination angle of the furnace interior side tube part 12 inclining downward toward a furnace center side is about 60°or less with respect to a horizontal direction, and suitably, a top face shape of the furnace interior side tube part 12 is shaped such that the molten deposits 15 flowing down from a furnace interior wall surface flow down in a substantially circumferential direction of the furnace interior side tube part 12.
