PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cheap device easy to be machined for mounting a rotary grinding tool. SOLUTION: The device comprises a grinding tool driving shaft 2 with a flange on an edge part of which a female screw 2c extending to the axial direction is formed, a grinding tool receiver 3 where a penetration hole 3c is opened and the grindstone driving shaft 2 is fixed to the penetration hole 3c, a grinding tool patch 5 fitted into the penetration hole 3c of the grinding tool receiver 3 for clamping a grinding tool 7 cooperating with the grinding tool receiver 3, a bolt 7 screwed into the female screw 2c of the grinding tool driving shaft 2 for mounting the grinding tool receiver 3 and the grinding tool patch 5 to the grinding tool driving shaft 2, and a grinding tool receiver-double turning preventing means for preventing the grinding tool receiver 3 from turning with the bolt 7. The grinding tool receiver-double turning preventing means comprises a recessed part 2e formed on the flange 2a of the grinding tool driving shaft 2 and a projecting part 3d formed on the grinding tool receiver 3 for being fitted to the recessed part 2e of the flange 2.
