PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a coating material-filled insulated twisted wire for facilitating filling of an insulating coating material, in a manufacturing method of a coating material-filled insulated twisted wire such as a litz wire using a plurality of enamel element wires. SOLUTION: This application is related to this manufacturing method of a coating material-filled insulated twisted wire for increasing insulating coating material pressure by using a double die 10 or the like when a coating material filling process for filling the insulating coating material 20 among the element wires by applying the insulating coating material, at least once, to the circumference of the insulated twisted wire 50 composed by intertwining a plurality of the insulated element wires with one another and by baking it.
