PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tomogram forming method by tomography and a tomography apparatus of a periodically moving subject capable of improving time resolution. SOLUTION: In a tomogram forming method the following steps are executed, a step of moving n focus-detector sets F<SB>n</SB>, D<SB>n</SB>with detectors D<SB>n</SB>relatively to a subject on a coaxial spiral orbit SB<SB>n</SB>, and detector output data are collected along with space direction data of a beam, a step of measuring the moving signal 18 of the subject for detecting a moving phase and a resting phase and time interrelation of the moving data and the detector output data is stored so as to be able to determine from which period of the moving-restoring cycle which detector data are derived, a step of integrating the detector output signals from n pieces of detectors of respective sub segments generating one complete 180°segment and showing the resting time phase of the moving subject, a step of constructing the complete 180°segment from n sub segments, and the sub segments from m partial segments out of m moving periods in tandem, and a step of carrying out a reverse projection using the 180°segment.
