PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develope a hand wiper which can easily remove the waterdrops, and ice and snow of a sideview mirror of an automobile while a driver is kept sitting and to create an advertising business system of the hand wiper. SOLUTION: The hand wiper comprises a hand portion 110A which can expand and contract and a wiper portion 120W which removes the waterdrops and smudge. While sitting in the driver's seat, the driver is able to wipe the left and right sideview mirrors by using the hand wipers. Further, an advertising space is set at the hand wiper. The advertising system of a novel style is created by combining the sales of the advertising spaces of the hand wipers and the system to provide the many and unspecified drivers with the hand wipers free of charges. The method for the free popularization of the hand wipers is to provide the drivers with the hand wipers as premiums for sales of automobiles and in filling stations, dealers of automotive accessories, etc. A new added value is created as the advertising business system by permanently installing the hand wipers set with the advertising spaces within a vehicle.
