An adhesive patch which comprises a substrate and disposed on the substrate a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprising a pressure- sensitive adhesive base containing pergolide and/or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive base comprises an acrylic polymer containing substantially no carboxy and hydroxy groups in the molecule and having pressure-sensitive self- adhesive properties and a rubber polymer, the proportion of the acrylic polymer to the rubber polymer being from 1/1 to 1/9 by weight.
