PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aliphatic polyester-based resin foamed body which is such a foamed body as using no aliphatic polyester-based resin with a long chain branch, having a light weight and excellent strength and not containing an additive that remains still after the decomposition and affects a bad influence and having little load on the environment, and besides which can develop the strength usable as a structural body, to provide a method for manufacturing thereof stably, and to provide a foamed laminate by using it. SOLUTION: The aliphatic polyester-based resin foamed body which has a foaming extent of a factor of 2-15 and has biodegradability and also does not contain a long chain branch and/or a crosslinkage component and a residue of a chemical foaming agent, is characterized in that the aliphatic polyester-based resin has a storage viscosity coefficient(J") at a temperature higher than the melt temperature by 15°C and a shear rate frequency of 1 rad/s of 8.0×10<SP>-5</SP>-3.0×10<SP>-4</SP>Pa<SP>-1</SP>; the manufacturing method thereof and the foamed laminate by using it are provided.
