PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balancer device of an engine capable of assembling a balance weight into a crank case in a compact manner and preventing increase of size of the crank case. SOLUTION: This balancer device of the engine is provided with a crank shaft 23 including crank webs 25a, 25b supported on the crank case 10 and having a pin connection part 28 connectedd with a crank pin 26 and a counterweight part 29, a balancer shaft 85 rotating in the interlocking relationship with the crank shaft, and the balance weight 77 provided on the balancer shaft. The balancer shaft is arranged in parallel with the crank shaft and is provided at a position where it is overlapped on the crank webs when viewed from the axial direction of the crank shaft.
