PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator device, a liquid emission head and a liquid emission device that unerringly connect a lead electrode and a connecting wire with sufficient bonding strength even if a heating temperature is relatively low during wire bonding, and have improved reliability. SOLUTION: The actuator device has a metal lead electrode 90 extended from a piezoelectric element 300 to an area facing the peripheral wall of a pressure generation chamber 12, and in a connection area 90a to which a connecting wire 120 formed of at least a bonding wire of the lead electrode 90 is connected, the average area of metal crystal grains is 90×10<SP>-3</SP>μm<SP>2</SP>or higher.
