<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device which can take effective counter measures to its unjust use committed outside any specific section or by an utter outsider and can implement such counter measures at a low cost and with ease so that a section management function can be most suitably operated. <P>SOLUTION: In this imaging device, following components are provided: a plurality of user terminals for sending image information compartmented by section; a storage means which stores the codes of the sections; a control means which executes the section management function to decide whether an image relative to the image information sent from the user terminals is present, in accordance with the result of the comparative check of the section code sent from the user terminals and the section code stored in the storage means; and an imaging means which forms symbols (in the Fig., "01234" or "First Sales Section") which enable an appropriate section corresponding to the sent section code to be identified vis-a-vis the formation of an image on the paper. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
