<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a virtual community system, its communication method and its program for enabling a plurality of members to communicate with each other. <P>SOLUTION: Member devices 21 and 22 perform access to a virtual community α11 to register member information, and download a communication tool. Real store devices 31 and 32 perform access to the virtual community α11 to register the store information and contents information of real stores, and download the communication tool. When the member A device 21 retrieves the contents of the real stores by a retrieving function while the member devices 21 and 22 are communicating by using the communication tool, the retrieval result is displayed at the member A device 21 and the member B device 22.
