PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide water-ravelable rolled paper capable of reducing the time and labor required for rolling and wrinkling paper at use, providing a large friction area to facilitate the removal of stains, and achieving satisfactory water absorbability. SOLUTION: A long paper sheet is continuously rolled up into a multilayer form. Easily deformable parts 3 are formed in such a way as to pass through all the layers and be cut into elongated strips by a large number of linear incisions 2 of which the opposing sides on both sides are in contact with each other.
