PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positively relieve thermal stress generated near a joined part of a side plate. SOLUTION: First slits 5a extending toward the retreat side from the advance side end in the flow direction of a cooling air, and second slits 5b extending toward the advance side from the retreat side end in the flow direction of cooling air, are provided zigzag in the longitudinal direction of the side plate 5. The side plate 5 can thereby be expanded to easily bend in the flow direction of cooling air, and when tubes 2 are going to extend to bend toward the upper reaches of cooling air flow, the side plate 5 can also extend to bend toward the upper reaches of cooling air flow.
