PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide furniture combinedly used for low table which enables the optional use of a table or a sofa or the like as necessary. SOLUTION: The furniture combinedly used for low table comprises a placing tools having a top plate and a seat tools having a back part and a seat part. A back bottom face of the seat tools faces an upper face of the top plate so as to place the seat tools on the upper face. When the seat tools is taken down from the placing tools, the placing tools is used as the low table and the seat tools is used as legless chairs.
