PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laundry washer/dryer capable of efficiently drying clothes in shorter time without enlarging device. SOLUTION: The laundry washer/dryer comprises a water tank 2, a rotary drum 3, an air heater 10, a circulation fan 9, and an optical heater unit 20. The rotary drum 3 is rotatably supported inside the water tank 2, and has an opening and an outer peripheral wall face. The air heater 10 is for heating air. The circulation fan 9 is for feeding air heated by the air heater 10 into the rotary drum 3 through the opening of the rotary drum 3.
