SETTLEMENT TERMINAL, CENTER COMPUTER, AND SETTLEMENT PROCESSING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high security settlement processing system using an IC card for urging a user who does not recall a password to memorize the password.

SOLUTION: This settlement terminal 1 is configured to decide that password input processing has been skipped, and to display information to urge a user to memorize the password received from a center computer 2 at a display part 16, and to output it from a print part 17, and to transmit the information of the user who does not recall the password to the center computer 2 by a communicating part 22. The center computer 2 which has received the information is configured to transmit information to urge the user to memorize the password based on the information.
