<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a personal computer that everyone can easily and conveniently use in ordinary homes or offices. <P>SOLUTION: A table is prepared in which telephone, FAX, Internet and mail ( hereinafter called as communication) are registered collectively for each opposite party. Power sources are separated into use for a personal computer and use for the communication and is set on standby for the communication at all times or the personal computer is activated at all times in the standby state of the communication, so that a telephone is instantaneously activated and becomes available when using a communication such as the telephone.
