A universal frac sleeve 76 includes an actuation mechanism and an annular seal 112 radially expandable in response to the actuation. The actuation may be mechanical or hydraulic and axially moveable inner 80 and outer 82 sleeves may be used to cause radial expansion of the annular seal 112.
