PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ditch cover by which a ditch cover such as grating or the like can be fixed, even in the case of a ditch block for a side ditch having no bolt and nut for fixing the ditch block nor a support frame, and fitting and removing the grating are facilitated, and to provide the fixing structure of the ditch cover, a horizontal base material and a support frame. SOLUTION: The fixing structure of the ditch cover 20 is constituted of a horizontal base material 30 which is set over the supporting part of the ditch block while being adjacent to the edge side 15 of the upper surface wall 12 of the reverse U-shaped ditch block 10. The horizontal base material 30 has a first anchor part 33 to be engaged with the edge side 15 of the upper surface wall 12, a second anchor part 37 to be mounted on the support part and to be held under the ditch cover 20, and a part 34 to be fixed for fixing the ditch cover 20, and is configured separately from the ditch block 10.
