PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellulose acylate film which has been improved in the sublimation and bleeding of an additive and has low optical anisotropy. SOLUTION: The cellulose acylate film consists of (a) a cellulose acylate having an acyl substitution degree of 2.6-3.0 and (b) a homopolymer or copolymer of an aromatic vinyl compound represented by general formula (1) [wherein V<SP>1</SP>-V<SP>5</SP>are each a hydrogen atom or a substituent, provided at least one of V<SP>1</SP>-V<SP>5</SP>is a substituent represented by -L-P(=O)(OZ<SP>1</SP>)(OZ<SP>2</SP>); L is a divalent linking group; and Z<SP>1</SP>and Z<SP>2</SP>are each an alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, aryl, or heterocyclic group].
