The invention deals with a process for the preparation of a thermoplastic elastomeric vulcanizate, based on a polyolefin and a rubber. The rubber is vulcanized with an organic peroxide having at least one terminal carbon-carb on bond in the molecule. As a result, blooming effects are reduced and physical properties are improved.
