PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power device provided with a barrier at a position not damaging the motor characteristics and having high efficiency high torque motor characteristics. SOLUTION: The power device 10 comprises a rotary shaft 31 provided with a rotary magnet 41 and an outside coupling magnet 25 while spacing apart in the axial direction, an armature coil 34, a hermetically sealed casing 13 partially provided with a bearing part 21 and a tubular thick barrier 19, and an output shaft 30 supported at the bearing part 21 of the casing 13 and provided with an inside coupling magnet 27 wherein the rotary magnet 41 and the armature coil 34 are arranged oppositely and rotatably, and the outside coupling magnet 25 and the inside coupling magnet 27 are arranged oppositely through the barrier 19.
