PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide color toner which exhibits low-temperature fixability and anti-hot-offset properties corresponding to materials, has good color mixing properties, ensures no uneven fixation, also has good OHT transparency, developability, long-duration stability, and storage stability, and has little fog. SOLUTION: The color toner contains at least a binder resin, a colorant and a wax, wherein a storage modulus at 80°C (G'80)of the color toner is in the range of 1×10<SP>5</SP>-1×10<SP>8</SP>(Pa); a storage modulus at 160°C (G'160) of the color toner is in the range of 10-1×10<SP>4</SP>(Pa); a ratio between a storage modulus (G') and loss modulus (G") at 120-150°C (G"/G'=tanδ) of the color toner is in the range of 0.5-5; and a wax concentration (C[01]) of an extract obtained by dispersing the toner into n-hexane at a concentration of 15 mg/cm<SP>3</SP>at 23°C and by subjecting the resultant dispersion to extraction treatment for 1 min is in the range of 0.08-0.50 mg/cm<SP>3</SP>.
