The invention relates to a modular cabinet which is used to store and drive stirring pots containing liquid products. The inventive cabinet consists of: a base on which at least one cabinet module is mounted, and a movement-transmission system comprising driving transmission elements and receiving transmission elements. According to the invention, each cabinet module comprises two post elements and a mechanical shelf which is used to support and drive the stirring pots. The driving transmission elements of the movement transmission system are disposed outside the aforementioned mechanical shelf and are independent of same. Moreover, the mechanical shelf does not contain any receiving transmission elements.
