<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical accident support system for constructing a database by objectively and comprehensively and properly analyzing medical accidents which have occurred in the past in a hospital or the like, and for surely reducing and preventing future medical accidents by comprehensively considering various information based on this. <P>SOLUTION: This medical accident support system uses a computer as a means which executes the recording, analysis and generation probability prediction of medical accidents, and provided with an accident registration system which records and registers contents and factors of the medical accidents which have occurred, circumstances of patients and persons concerned in charge of medical treatment/nursing when the medical accidents have occurred and adopted countermeasures or the like, an accident analyzing system which executes the primary component analysis of the accident record of the accident registering system, and calculates accident patterns with which those respective factors are associated, and prepares an accident prediction table where the calculated accident patterns are summarized as accident patterns which may occur in the future and an accident predicting system which refers to the accident prediction table to predict current accident generation capability from personal circumstances including a personal attribute and working circumstances of the patients and the persons concerned in charge of medical treatment/nursing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
