PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the quantity of light uniform by regulating the quantity of light of each light emitting element in the light exposing equipment initially and with time.

SOLUTION: The light exposing equipment 1 provided with a one-dimensional light emitting element array arranged with a plurality of light emitting elements in line comprises a waveguide 51 arranged in the vicinity of the light emitting element array 3, receiving light from each light emitting element 301-336 constituting the light emitting element array 3 and outputting light in a predetermined direction, and sensors 61 and 62 for receiving the light outputted from the end part of the waveguide 51.
