PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scale with a simple circuit structure having a small number of components by preparing a plurality of wireless tags having different measuring ranges. SOLUTION: The scale for detecting a physical quantity such as load, pressure, temperature, water level, light quantity or humidity comprises wireless tags 2 each composed of an antenna 3 for receiving radio wave, a wireless tag IC 4 for receiving radio wave to receive power supply and transmitting data from the antenna 3 by use of this power supply and a switch 5 for ON/OFF controlling the transmission of data of the wireless tag IC 4. The switch 5 of each tag 2 is switched to ON/OFF with a predetermined threshold of the physical quantity to be specified with the border, and the threshold is set to a value for every switch 5 of the wireless tags 2. For example, the switch 5 is composed of two electrodes 5A and 5B, and electric ON operation of the two electrodes is set to be performed by detecting a physical quantity such as load, pressure or ion concentration of a measuring object.
