PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve grinning resistance of a moquette for interior without changing quality properties such as density of pile fluff on the surface and pile stitch-removing strength, abrasion resistance, expansion ratio and tensile strength. SOLUTION: This moquette for interior is composed of a base fabric 2 and a pile layer constituted of a plurality of pile rows formed on the base fabric 2. Each pile row constituting the pile layer is formed by using a conjugate yarn composed of a first yarn 11 selected from the group consisting of at least regular yarn or crimped yarn and a second yarn 12 composed of a crimped yarn having higher crimp degree than that of the first yarn 11 as a pile fiber 1. The single yarn fineness of the first yarn 11 is finer than that of the second yarn 12 and an apparent yarn length specified as an observed value of length of the second yarn 12 from the base fabric 2 is short than an apparent yarn length specified as an observed value of length of the first yarn 11 from the base fabric 2.
