CYLINDER FUEL INJECTION DEVICE FOR INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely stick a valve housing to a mounting cap installed to a cylinder head, without degrading dimensional accuracy of the housing of a fuel injection valve. SOLUTION: A cylinder fuel injection valve for an internal combustion engine comprises: the mounting cap 70 installed to the cylinder head 1; a solenoid fuel injection valve I to which the valve housing 21 is stuck is disposed to the mounting cap 70 to inject fuel into a fuel combustion chamber 15. In the cylinder fuel injection valve, the valve housing 21 has a pressing-in part 73 which is pressed into an inner peripheral face at a rear end of the mounting cap 70. An annular stress relief groove 74 absorbing overstress generated when the pressing-in part is pressed into the inner peripheral face, and an abutting face abutted with the valve housing 21 on an outer peripheral side of the stress relief groove 74 to regulate the limit of the pressing-in depth are disposed to a rear end face of the mounting cap 70.
