<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein, although broadcast advertising advantageously allows viewers to acquire a wide variety of information with ease, it is difficult for them to acquire such detailed information about advertising as satisfies local and timely personal needs. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic circular providing system sends prepared detailed information about broadcast advertising to a device designated by a viewer. Two types of information are prepared about advertising, that is, circular summary information and circular detail information.
