PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo receiving deck lifting device certainly preventing lowering of a cargo receiving deck during traveling. SOLUTION: A cargo receiving deck locking device is provided, which locks the cargo receiving deck retracted in a standing position to the lifting device in that posture is provided. A lowering preventive device 100 is provided, which regulates a lowering action of a parallel link by locking a lower arm 301 to a vehicle body side through a rear bumper 7 when the cargo receiving deck is retracted in the standing position.
