摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy brazing material, which does not produce any residue in brazing, a method for manufacturing the same, and a method for manufacturing an aluminum alloy heat exchanger. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing an aluminum alloy brazing material is as follows. An acrylic resin of 10 to 40 g composed mainly of butyl methacrylate is dissolved in 100 ml of at least one organic solvent selected from the group consisting of esters, aromatic hydrocarbons, methyl ethyl ketone, methyl isobutyl ketone, and chlorinated hydrocarbon organic solvents. A flux of 20 to 50 g is then added to the solution to prepare a mixed solution. In this case, the mass ratio between the flux and the binder resin (binder resin/flux) is 0.2 to 2.0. Next, this mixed solution is coated onto the surface of an aluminum alloy material by a bar coater or the like. The aluminum alloy material coated with the mixed solution is held at a temperature of 80 to 250°C for about 30 s to evaporate the organic solvent. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
