摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for measuring irradiation energy for measuring locally and relatively simply the light or ultraviolet light of high intensity emitted momentarily. SOLUTION: The irradiation energy measuring system measures the intensity of optical energy emitted from an optical energy source HFL to a small part at the position away, by a prescribed distance, from the optical energy source HFL that emits optical energy included in at least a part of the wavelength band from ultraviolet light to infrared light. It comprises light selecting and guiding means 1 which selects for guiding the optical energy from the optical energy source emitted to the small part, a light receiving means 2 which has a peak sensitivity in a wavelength band belonging to at least a part of the wavelength band from the ultraviolet light to infrared light and receives the optical energy guided by the light selecting and guiding means for outputting electric signals, and a measuring means 3 which measures intensity of the optical energy emitted to the small part from the electric signal outputted out of the light receiving means 2.
