摘要 An invention relates to strong superhard nano-crystal material with austenitic steel structure, which has improved anticorrosion properties, and a method for producing thereof. A composite material of austenitic steel category, which consists of austenitic nano-crystal grains containing 0,1 to 2,0 % by weight of nitrogen of solid solution type, wherein it further consists of oxides, nitrides, carbides or the like of metals or metalloid and is inhibitor the growth of the crystal grain, and is between and/or inside of the grains. Method of producing comprises admixing powders of austenitic components such as chrome, nickel, manganese, carbon or others with the a nitrogen source subjecting substance. Then the mixture is carried out by mechanical alloying (MA) and prepare a nano-crystal austenit powder having a high nitrogen concentration. This powder is subjected to agglomeration, for example by spark plasma sintenng method, rolling or the like.
