FIELD: wood-industry, in particular, use of the bark of conifers obtained at wood-working, paper and pulp and wood chemical productions. ^ SUBSTANCE: the method for separation of bark of wood into bast and oust includes disintegration of the bark and its subsequent separation into the bast and crust. Disintegration and separation properly are conducted simultaneously in an in impact action apparatus at a rotational speed of the rotor within 1400 to 2000 rpm during 3 to 5s. Disintegration of the back is effected due to the impact action on it of the rotor components, and separation of the bast and crust, having different density occurs in the air flow. ^ EFFECT: simplified method for separation of the bark into the bast and crust, and its enhanced efficiency. ^ 1 dwg |
