The process involves determining a rhythm (A) of a displayed sequence from movements of a user, while performing body exercise. Images of body exercises are created and stored. A sequence of exercises constituting individualized training sessions is combined. The individualized sessions are transferred according to their sequence of display for allowing the user to practice the exercises in synchronization. An independent claim is also included for a device for implementing a process of guiding physical and sports activity exercises.
